We had a lovely time exploring Venice with our family. The hotel is perfectly located near the train station, making it easy to explore the city’s vibrant shopping and entertainment. The friendly staff also made our stay memorable, which is great when you have a little kid in tow.
My kids wished for a larger room to play in comfortably.

The hotel serves as a perfect base for walking through Venice, being just a short stroll from the bustling Canal Grande and the stunning Doge's Palace, where we spent hours getting lost in its rich history and beautiful architecture. also, it's conveniently located near the friendly local eateries, making it easy to grab a delicious meal during our explorations.

The staff went above and beyond, even starting breakfast early for us before our early flight and arranging a ride to the airport. I loved relaxing in the cozy lounge after a long day exploring and enjoyed a quiet evening with a good book in the small reading nook. The only downside was the shower setup, which could use some updating, but it didn’t take away from our time here at all! 🌟

Great room with a balcony and super close to the main train station. Loved the unique nearby restaurants and grocery store options.
Felt totally relaxed, no complaints at all.

The Double Classic Room was cozy but pretty basic. It had a vintage feel, which was charming, but the carpet was stained and didn’t look great. The size was a bit tight, especially with two open suitcases. The shower was a nightmare—super small and hard to maneuver without bumping into the toilet. Plus, there was only one power outlet, which was a hassle. On the bright side, the cleanliness was on point, and the hot water worked like a champ.

The room offered a great level of comfort and cleanliness, which made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread was impressive, providing a variety of delicious options to start the day.
The amenities felt a bit limited considering the high standards advertised.

Great location makes it easy to hop on water taxis and explore the nearby attractions. The charming vintage decor gives the place a unique atmosphere that definitely stands out.
Unpleasant surprise of leaking air conditioning that soaked our clothes was a major inconvenience. The elevator only goes up to the third floor, and with our room on the fourth, it was a hassle to haul our bags up the stairs. The room itself was small, hardly accommodating for two carry-on-sized luggages. Not to mention, the absence of kettle or drink-making facilities made our evenings less cozy. Also, a lack of soundproofing led to hearing late-night chatter from the neighbors, which, while not overly disruptive, was a bit surprising.

Superb location near the Scalzi Bridge, making it easy to access the Grand Canal and public transit. The quiet neighborhood vibe was a nice touch, away from the more crowded tourist spots.
The absence of air conditioning in October was a real bummer, with heat making the room feel like a sauna. Opening the windows invited a mosquito invasion, leaving me itching and scratching all night. The room felt dated, with peeling paint and a need for simple maintenance—like adding hooks in the bathroom, which were completely absent. Also, one flimsy pillow per person just didn't cut it—my neck felt like I'd been in a blaster fight every morning. They didn’t have kettle or toaster facilities, which was surprising, and not a single 'do not disturb' sign could be found, forcing us to improvise with paper notes.
